Also, when COVID first hit Agora was more than willing to forego a month's payment until we knew what was going to happen to our company. Zero pushback, zero arguing. "All good - it does lighten the load but conversation management the ability to search those conversations is key. Has really been the ideal solution compared against all others. I can visually see the calendar and see where I need to fill in gaps. I can also review/respond/delete/ban users on various social platforms which saves me time!"
