"Overall it has been a real asset to the company. Once you've worked your way around the software it's very easy to use and accessible for everyone. The data is displayed both visually with graphs and charts as well as numerically which makes it easy to interpret the data. This has made my life as a social media manager a lot easier."

"The inbox management and labeling is very handy, especially when you receive a large amount of comments/messages/tags on multiple accounts. The ROI feature also seems interesting, although I have not used it in full depth. I think there needs to be more documentation for the feature in order for me to use it to its fullest"
