"I would give them 5 stars but the place is always a frenetic madhouse. Also, sometimes I get the feeling that unless you're bringing them $1000 work that you aren't as important. I've been going there for a while now and it wasn't always this way."

"So I called a couple of tailors in NYC and this was the only tailor that said they could do same day alterations. I brought my sports jacket in and 2 hours later it fit perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would and will recommend them to all my firends."

Although, minor mistakes were made, JD the owner quickly ameliorated the situation and sticks to his 100% satisfaction guarantee. Customer service is impeccable. All in all a pleasant experience."
