"The price is ridiculous, they were asking $200 for shortening sleeves from shoulder for a coat. And JD or DJ(I kinda forget, their boss) said it would take 4 hours man labor for this alteration, which is totally BS. "$35 for hemming jeans? Unless your jeans are super high-end that needs extra care, I find it not reasonable to pay that much money for regular jeans. I took mine to another place that's half the price but did a great job as well."

"I was horrified by my experience here. Back in November, I took 2 Rick Owens leather coats- one was to have the sleeves removed and turned into a sleeveless vest. The excess leather from the sleeves was then to be used in the arms of the other jacket to make them larger.
