"I was horrified by my experience here. Back in November, I took 2 Rick Owens leather coats- one was to have the sleeves removed and turned into a sleeveless vest. The excess leather from the sleeves was then to be used in the arms of the other jacket to make them larger. While I felt that everyone was very rude to me except the woman who pinned my items and I overpaid by about 100 dollars, everytime I called them my items were never ready and worst of all nothing fit me well.
