"I love how easy and quick working with BIG Think is. I have worked with the same person for every transaction. Not pushed off to someone else after closing. I can text, call, or email my guy and he gets back to me day or night, and weekends. I love the follow through and directed attention I get."

"It was a fast very informative, reliable conversation, and Jeremy has been very responsive and very helpful with some issues that came up due to Fundbox not due to anybody else. He spent his whole weekend talking to me about the issue that Fundbox was having it and I really appreciate the customer service."
