"Beautiful cabin. Was not impressed once we realized a bed was broken. I reported it same day as check in and no one called us back. I had to call next day,spoke to someone, and no one came to fix it. I had to reclean floors upon arrival too"

"The rental team is great. We had an issue with the fridge not working, but they replaced it with a new fridge within 48 hours. The house is well stocked with kitchen items and paper/cleaning products. FYI lots of dog hair on floors/carpets."

"The cabin was beautiful and serene. Lots of space and well appointed. Could have had more toiletries provided or been warned to bring our own! Very pretty location and conveniently very near to the city of Blue Ridge. Driveway was daunting!"
