"We had a wonderful time in Blue Ridge. Cabin was beautiful and we loved watching the creek and train off the back porch. I do wish the refrigerator ice maker had been working and we had issues with tv reception but maybe that is normal."

"Everything was great during our stay. The internet was interrupted during our stay but someone came and reset it and said they were upgrading it in a week or so so it should work fine in the future."

"The cabin and location were great. The service you provided was terrible. We made at least 3 calls during our stay asking about (1) refuse removal -2calls and (2) and an email. Crickets. Also, to charge me $250 for cleaning-insulting."

"The cabin was beautiful with the best views. The hot tub wouldn’t turn down so it was too hot to enjoy. The stove didn’t work properly, but we got by. The long, steep walk to the water isn’t for the weary!"

"We loved everything about our stay the cabin was above our expectations. The only improvement would be to make sure kitchen tools are there we did not have a cork screw for our wine and also the frying pans could be replaced ."

"Id also like to add that we arrived at 3:30. The housekeeper was still there. We did opt to come back to allow her to finish. We just had some issues with cleanliness. We cleaned ourselves. The cabin itself was spectacular!!!"

"Overall the cabin was beautiful and really had everything at our disposal. My only complaint was in the basement bedroom. One of my guest reported baby clothes in the covers of their bed. But we removed and washed sheets. Otherwise good."

"This was our fourth cabin rental/stay w you guys. The cabin was very nice, but wasn’t nearly as clean as expected. Floors needed mopping and windows were dirty/dingy. Location was wonderful! Reevaluate preferred vendors for spa."

"We had a delightful 10 day stay at Happy Ours Lodge! The home is well appointed and plenty roomy for a family or 3 couples. Location is great - secluded and on a ridge from which you'll enjoy lovely sunsets. Definitely recommend!"
