"Chili piper automates our webforms and leads and calendar scheduling. The features and functionality of the product are great, they really do help streamline the process. However our company's reports have been down several times and are still down today."

"We use Chili Piper as an online scheduling tool and also to round-robin incoming leads. It works some of the time but there have been a lot of bugs, incorrect routing and other issues. Support has been somewhat responsive when there have been issues. Could be a good tool if they can iron out the kinks and make it much easier to use."

"Very Bad Support. — What do you like best? Easy to use and very user friendly... If it worked... During the test phase we used it in our sandbox edition for salesforce which worked fine.
