"Hello Everyone!! It was before 10am and arrived at Direct Cell. They gladly opened their doors for me. I had a terrible virus on my phone. "Needed a new battery quick on a Saturday but it was 10 minutes before closing. Sam was great. He checked for stock while I was on the phone and confirmed he had what I needed. Then he graciously stayed to let me get there and do the repair. On a Saturday!! Grateful. Service and pricing all top notch. Thanks again for being so accommodating."
