"Hello Everyone!! It was before 10am and arrived at Direct Cell. They gladly opened their doors for me. I had a terrible virus on my phone. As usual they fixed my phone within the hour and I can say enough about how kind and reassuring they were. I purchase all my phones from them. Please trust them as I do!! So honest!"

"Needed a new battery quick on a Saturday but it was 10 minutes before closing. Sam was great. He checked for stock while I was on the phone and confirmed he had what I needed. Then he graciously stayed to let me get there and do the repair. On a Saturday!! Grateful. Service and pricing all top notch. Thanks again for being so accommodating."

"I went to Direct Cell again this afternoon to have my Samsung phone looked at. I was having problems charging it after it was put in rice following a water incident. The gentleman who repaired it was very friendly an fixed it for a very reasonable price. I recommend the staff at Direct Cell at Tremont in St. Catharines for anyone needing phone repairs."
