"I woke up this morning and my phone wouldn’t charge beyond 1% and then died and then charged to 1% and then died. I went to direct cell and Jay was able to help me right away. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and he helped me navigate all the different choices I had available to me. Direct Cell and Jay offer a great service at affordable rates."

"Great place to get your phone fixed. I've used them twice now. Once to repair a cracked screen and most recently to replace the camera and back cover on my s20 plus.
