"Pizzas was good as per standard. However I did order in advanced was told to wait a further 20 mins when i arrived 5 mins before collection time. "Order said 6:41 pm pickup but order still in queue. Order estimated to be ready at 8:15 pm. Very bad ordering system / website. Creating a lot of frustrated customers. Staff very apologetic and friendly though. Don’t place order on weekend mealtimes, my advice."

"I visited them around 3pm and there was nobody in the store. I walked to the counter and nobody seemed to be interested. Finally a lady came and rudely told me whatever I order, it takes 20min.. I asked if there is something that they can prepare fast like appetizer and was told everything takes more than 20min. I had no choice but to walkaway."
