"Ordered via Grab, food never arrived but status was "delivered". Processing the refund is extremely troublesome from both Grab and Domino's side. The provided voucher for "free pizza" is also not worth it, as it requires you to purchase another pizza before you can use it. I like Domino's Pizza, but this experience is truly disappointing."

"If you can afford to wait for more than 3 hours then this shop is a good choice for you. Ordered at 6:50pm, and now it is 9:50pm the pizzas are not delivered yet. Wanted to cancel but no where to cancel, called hotline no one pick up, facebook messenger no one reply. Feel so angry and hungry !!"

"Ordered my pizza yesterday 9 Aug 2022 at 4.10pm. The staff promised that it will reach by 7pm.. Guess what? My order did not turn up at all. The hotline kept put me on hold for close to an hour.
