"I was informed that I need to wait 45 mins for my order on a Sunday evening before 6pm. The restaurant is empty but my guess is that they have alot of delivery booking. What is the point of having a restaurant with tables/seats but you neglected your walk in customers. Bad management."

"Terrible experience, counter guy named Maron kept telling customers to be patient depsite orders being placed online and time collection specified. Poor ordering system if cant deliver should have stopped taking orders. Poor customer service, long waiting time and great disappointment."

"5 or 6 guys doing their thing in the kitchen while customer waits at the counter. Nobody manning the counter, nobody acknowledge there's a customer. Customer walks out after 3 minutes and won't be coming back."

"Had an catastrophically terrible experience at Domino's Pizza - Singapore #SumangWalk outlet today. Ordered 3 basic pizzas (BBQ, chicken, pepperoni), 2 boxes of drumettes, and 1 box of popcorn chicken.
