"TERRIBLE. Doesn’t even worth one star. I wish I could give minus rating. Their 30-min delivery guarantee is basically a scam! Ordered online from West Coast branch at 5+pm to avoid rush dinner time, it is now 8:15pm and order status is still “preparing”. We cannot cancel the order either. No use of calling, terrible customer service."

Had paid money for takeaway and went to the store right on time, but the store was closed and the door was locked; I wanted to talk to the store manager but she just signaled to me that the store was closed and didn’t even bother to listen to me, and at last waved me off. "Saw the staff use bare hands to grab fallen food on the floor, put it back in the box and had the cheek to ask me if he should prepare a new box. "Ordered a day before but there was some website issues, hence I could not check when my pizza was preparing/arriving/done etc. Probably won't order from the website again but at the physical store. Have done so a few times and no issues. Hopefully, they do something about the website issue as well."
