"TERRIBLE. Doesn’t even worth one star. I wish I could give minus rating. Their 30-min delivery guarantee is basically a scam! Ordered online from West Coast branch at 5+pm to avoid rush dinner time, it is now 8:15pm and order status is still “preparing”. We cannot cancel the order either. No use of calling, terrible customer service."

Had paid money for takeaway and went to the store right on time, but the store was closed and the door was locked; I wanted to talk to the store manager but she just signaled to me that the store was closed and didn’t even bother to listen to me, and at last waved me off.
