"ordered at 6+pm, expected to arrive at 8pm. Complained to them, and was told it will come. Many calls later, still same excuses. Never received it in the end. Dont buy from them. Seriously unprofessional and dishonest. Edit 12:13am: It finally arrived, but it's still ridiculous how this could have happened."

"Long wait for walk-in! Definitely order online first for pick-up if possible. A tad understaffed and you can tell everyone is busy and working fast. Still, ring the bell if you need help, they are all friendly."

"Late delivery always! Even though store is like 15 mins walk away from my place. If it's even a little rain, they delay by an hour and they will tell you road is slippery will take 20 mins to deliver - I don't like such explanation. Four stars for the quality of Pizza which is great and the staff are always nice and friendly."
