"I sent an email frustrated that my delivery never came in, I was on my last diaper!!! Within 3 minutes I got a sympathetic response and a new batch was being sent to me. Minutes later I found the package, and replied letting them know what was going on. They let me keep the new batch as a gift! Love this company and the diapers are great!"
