I get reminder emails but it would be helpful if the actual pick up date was placed in the email. Also, I was sent a bunch of stuff (dyper bag and wipes) that I didn't need. "I absolutely love Dyper and their pick up ReDyper service. My only complaint is that the Dypers do not have the elastic pocket in the back to keep watery stool from going up and out the back of the diaper. My baby is on a specialty formula and has watery stool and it leaks out. Please add the band to the back of the dyper and I will be a return customer!"
