When it was discovered that the courier had been rough with the handling of the well packaged item and it was damaged, they sent out a replacement, free of charge within hours. "Service was fast and efficient . Packing of my mounts was very well done. Everything arrived in good condition. Mounts are of good quality. The only thing is I’m not 100% sure of the texture of the mounts. It’s good but not smooth like the mounts I have used before."
