"A great place to eat in Cushendall and despite being one of the very few places to eat in the village both the quality and quantity of the meals was excellent but you need to book ahead to be sure of a welcome reception. We struggled to finish the meals we had! The chicken sizzler was fabulous."

"We had dinner in the upstairs section. The choice of dishes was good. We had poached salmon with asparagus. The salmon was rather bland and the white sauce didn't improve it. "My husband got the Salmon and it was drenched in the best sauce! I ordered the fried shrimp and it was good, but quite bland, so I dipped the shrimp in my husband's sauce and it was great. Service was great as well."

"We had a lovely meal here on our first night in Cushendall. The food was excellent and the portions so generous that they defeated us. Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. We ate upstairs, which wasn't over full and would probably have preferred to be downstairs amongst the hustle and bustle of this busy restaurant."

"We stopped in Cushendall while on a bus tour to Giant's Causeway. The town was inundated with other tour groups from a cruise ship. The restaurant did a great job handling the onslaught of people, all things considered. The food (I shared the fish & chips with my friend) was great, and was reasonably priced. I would eat here again."
