"I uploaded my contacts from an Excel spreadsheet, and instead of finding them on my app (or the website) hundreds of arbitrary contacts were shown. No one to speak to, impossible to create a customer support ticket, a HUGE waste of my (and my employer's) time."

"For the price, it at first appears that it's a pretty robust system. However, their support is terrible. Did you know that they do not allow phone calls?
