"Very disappointed in service response time. Circulation pump died and shut down tub heat, and is leaking, unit is in warranty. Still below 0 nights here. "Retailer side is good overall. Loved my sales person Ashley was great. Service a bit of a disappointment. They broke the clips on my corner and didn’t tell me and I just found out 1 year later when it was reopened.
