"Implementation and business team did not communicate well. Even the re-naming of the product from Koomi to MYR was poorly communicated. Email addresses changed without any mention to me I should be using a different email address. The entire process was frustrating."

"It's ok. I know it can't be for every individual demands of customers, but if the cms and app were more open to customization features on the client side, it would really help.
