"We used Laundry Town while staying in Beijing. We paid extra to have our clothes returned in one day and they returned everything on time. It was clean and neatly folded. We were very pleased with the service, the communication and our clean clothes! Definitely recommend their service over the expensive hotel laundry service."

"Top service! Used their service twice whilst in Kuala Lumpur. So useful to have close by when you are traveling with a small family. Clothes were well cleaned, folded and delivered promptly. Very responsive to my several inquiries along the way. In short, great customer service, value, and product. I am planning to use them again on my return to China."

"We had a great experience with this service in Beijing. Picked up and returned in the same day. Clothes were clean, neatly folded, and the service was easy to use. The only criticism I have is that it is that their chat feature on the site doesn't actually offer chat and they can be difficult to reach on their communication platforms."
