"Clothing pickup/drop off was timely and garments were clean. I overestimated by about 1.5kg but even still, pricing was excellent in comparison to hotel charges. Paid 518b estimating 5kg (3.6kg laundered). Would happily use Laundry Town again on another trip."

"Tried laundrytown kl services. Super quick and efficient. Sent laundry off at concierge at 1115, they collected at the stipulated time by noon. And i was expecting my laundry to be returned by 10pm but was surprised that it was all ready at the hotel by 3.45pm. Really beyond my expectations. Thank you!"

"I was staying near the MBK Center and Laundry Town took care of my clothes for a much cheaper price than the hotel. A driver picked up my clothes, washed them, and then dropped them off as scheduled. Great service, great communication and a great price. Would highly recommend!"

"Good service. Clothes cleaned and folded nicely. They picked up on time, but communication before drop off was lacking. I messaged them for two hours with no response, but the clothes did arrive before 10pm as planned. However, it was quite stressful not knowing if they would show up or not, as I had to leave hotel by midnight."
