"We brought pigs to be processed and we’re very happy with the quality of what we got back. The bacon is absolutely awesome. The pigs were finished on pecans and the way they cured the bacon allowed the delicate nutty flavor to shine through. Best bacon I’ve ever had and it’s not just because of the pork but also the craftsmanship of the curing."

"This was my first experience at a slaughterhouse. I had no idea what a cut sheet was or where to start. There was a very helpful lady that walked me through every cut and explain to me about the cuts. She also explained and made sure that I got all the cuts of meat so I didn’t end up with a ton of ground beef. Everyone here is truly amazing!!"
