"This was my first experience at a slaughterhouse. I had no idea what a cut sheet was or where to start. There was a very helpful lady that walked me through every cut and explain to me about the cuts. She also explained and made sure that I got all the cuts of meat so I didn’t end up with a ton of ground beef. Everyone here is truly amazing!!"
