"I have always had good experience when buying the policy and when claimed any cosmetic repairs. I recently took out new gap insurance on my wife’s car, but as we had few calls over cost, the cost provided was incorrect as previously disclosed, hence one less star, but still went with policy as they have good service and staff is helpful."

"Having taken out GAP & Alloy Wheel insurance with Motoreasy in 2022, I have just switched to a new car and, yet again, did the same. So far, I haven't had to make a claim, but Motoreasy were quick and easy to deal with. Having said that, their responses to email enquiries ought to be improved. No issues with making contact via phone."
