"I purchased the motoreasy policy in advance but realised later that my existing warranty wouldnt expire for another year. I contacted customer support and they were happy to change my start date to next year when my current warranty expires. I appreciate the goodwill shown as otherwise I would have been paying 2 warranties for same service."
