"Got my order wrong 5 times, and in the end I still didn't get the right size for my drink. It was only 1 drink (still tasted good) on Wednesday around 6pm. Wasn't even busy so probably just a new staff member."

"Sadly disappointed. Trendy branding and nailed the atmosphere of the shop (loved the interior design) but the bubble tea and customer service was a let down. Ordered their signature drink; milk tea (hot) but it was served luke warm. My order also took ages to complete; the drink cup was lost behind the counter. "Waited about 40 mins to get my drink because tapioca ran out. Maybe they should make a new batch before it runs out. The tapioca was also on the hard side. They should take in account the fact that the drinks are often served cold so the tapioca should be a bit softer when in iced drinks."
