"I agree with other reviews that quality of the products is not consistent. Been here a few times and it was better before. Today I ordered a large Brown sugar tapioca milk and it tasted so bland, milky and the tapioca bubbles were really hard, difficult to chew. Not a big fan anymore."

"Long queue and it took 35 mins to get my bubble tea on a Sunday afternoon. Whereas Chatime next door had no queue. Not sure it's worth the wait, the bubble tea was good but not exceptional. The store is very cute though so definitely try it if the queue isn't too long and get a selfie with the shiba statue."
