"I requested service as a new customer on their website on a Saturday. I was given a service date for the following Wednesday. On Monday I began trying to reach them by phone because I wanted to know I could talk to someone personally. Only got voicemail for 3 days. Left 2 and neither were returned. By 5:00pm on the date of supposed service no one had shown u..." Read more

"I've had the service since spring time. Everything seemed to be going ok...always some missed piles. Recently though I have been getting scammed! For at least the past 2 weeks I have been charged without the work being done. I am still waiting to be contacted. I have left messages and called at least a dozen times. Find someone else before you get scam..." Read more

"What a joke. I scheduled a visit online and they never came. What made it worse is that I had emailed them twice during the week to ask a question and confirm they were coming. I wasted a valuable vacation day waiting for them all day. I would have become a regular customer if they were half way decent -- instead I am so aggravated by their poor, actuall..." Read more

"I use them once a week. I have no complaints. They do miss a few spots that get buried in the high grass but I have a big yard. Hey, it beats doing it yourself right!! I might change to every 2 weeks because I only have one dog. Every week seems like overkill to me."

"Just used this company yesterday. I came home, and found plenty of poop mounds in my backyard. Maybe they had not been there yet. Wrong. Not only was the worker there, after he left and my husband looked at the backyard, the manager came out and spent 30 minutes in the backyard. She did comment to my husband that the leaves and the poop look very simila..." Read more

"I have a small yard in the city and they were the only ones that cleaned yards in my area. They come 2x a week and I don't have to pick up the poop. yay!"

"The only good thing I can say is that at least they didn't charge me (for this last visit). I had used them a couple years ago and found that they did a poor job - lots of poop left in the yard every week. But I have a toddler now and we had a terrible winter, so I thought I'd give it another shot. Paid about $60 for a "spring clean-up" and then $17 a week f..." Read more
