"They may be good at polishing a ring or something simple. I had a watch in for repair, & although they got it functioning, it was shipped back running 10 minutes slow - per day! Quite an expensive 'repair' for a watch that is virtually useless. I emailed my concern & got NO reply, or offer to make it right. Will NOT recommend or use again."
