"以小酒館融合廚藝打造的「BISTRONOMY」風格,供應以在地生產食材為主的料理,菜單約每季更換一次。最吸引人的就是這個由木頭打造的流線型吧台,真的很大氣很漂亮,一進去餐廳就能聞到木頭香氣。開胃菜:裸麥/肝醬/紅蔥。這裡每道菜上桌時都有人專門講解和介紹食材,感謝當日服務的Emily細心說明,但我其實吃了第二道就忘記第一道,下次有機會再訪RAW的話,還是做個筆記好了。開胃菜不用餐具,直接以手就口食用,上面的肝醬似乎還有加上起士,很讚。菜單上僅列出主要食材,但實際上有許多材料是你必須看到或嘗到後才會發現,像是上面的新鮮蒔蘿,這也讓我們用餐時多了不少驚喜。豬耳/四季豆/青蒜,綠色的是青蒜粉,豬耳朵炸得香脆,上面擺著日本甜洋蔥,視覺效果極佳。服務人員建議本道菜食用前可先攪拌,吃起來會有點像在吃鹹酥雞,口味比較重。 這..."
