"They contract out the actual shipping of your vehicle to another party. They were not good at updating me on the delivery either. They said it would be delivered on either Saturday or Sunday, then said nothing when those days came. Finally, the 3rd party that had my car contacted me days later and made me wait even longer."

"Responsive up front and pick up was great. Delivery was a mess - driver dropped off at 1030PM, 20 minutes from my house. Said that was the closest he could possibly get.
