"My mom and I were so surprised when we collected Merlin yesterday! He had a terrible pulling problem, so that we had completely given up walking him. "I sent Kai for 3 weeks on the BMP. He has changed so much as is super obedient. I can now walk him perfectly. Nake did a great job helping Kai with his obedience. We had such good service and great training on the day of departure with Nake which took around 3 hours.the whole team are great. Will definitely send Kai there again."

"Rhona and team were wonderful with Jack. They were thorough and attentive when we discussed his training needs and took great care of him. We did 2 hours handover when we picked him up after 3 weeks training. He is calmer and we also learnt to be more assertive with him! Have already recommended Royvon Surrey to good friends!"
