"Amazing place with amazing staff, really impressed by their caring attitude after Meg became ill, they sorted her out taking her to the vets making sure she was ok. I would highly recommend this great place. The Facebook posts with picture updates were great while on holiday, added peace of mind seeing Meg happy and playing with other dogs! Meg will be bac..." "As a person I rarely complain or feel the urge to express my disappointment with reviews. Royvon is simply a money making machine. I have utilised this 'Dog Training' company twice and regretted it each time. More recently, I rescued a sweet dog from Cyprus. I put him in the care of Royvon. He had daily training with a lovely young lady but returned home eve..." Read more

"Our dog always comes back happy and healthy and the daily pictures of him shared on Facebook for us to see, always show him having a great time. He seems to get plenty of exercise and attention from the staff (he's usually worn out when we pick him up). They keep him clean and he always smells amazing when we pick him up 😁 He's also always happy to retur..." Read more

"Our Labrador Loki stayed at Royvon Merthyr for a behaviour modification program and he has come back so much calmer and less reactive around people and dogs! We can't believe the changes in him and can't praise Alek enough for all her hard work! We had photos daily so we could still see our fur baby and had video updates on his progress. Although pricey we..." Read more

"Aleksandra Borawska was the best. Amazing trainer, great impact on my dog and good communications. Really good, but need to manage your expectations. They don't have magic wands, but they do work miracles. However you have to keep the work going after the three weeks. Cuba my german shepherd has just come back and I already note a difference. Looking forwar..." Read more

"This was the second time Amberhas been to Royvon and once again I was really impressed. It was so lovely to see the photos of what she was up to and it made me feel a lot happier about her stay in kennels to see her having fun with the girls! Thank you!"

"That's to Aleks and the team for working with Sven during our stay, it was obvious he enjoyed his time when he returned a week later for the follow up and he was happy to see everyone. For a very nervous dog this was a good sign. Sven has progressed and will hopefully continue to under the guidance of Aleks and out follow up sessions. See you soon!!"

"My cocker spaniel Honey was on a 3week training programme in May - trainer Aleksandra Borawska. I was concerned/anxious about leaving her for so long with strangers.Aleks put me immediately at ease & answered all my questions, even the obvious/silly ones (she was very down to earth & reassuring). "Nothing but praise for Aleks. We attended the Fit and Focussed classes with Benny. She made us feel very welcome and was always on hand to offer further tips or extra challenges for the different tasks keeping Benny engaged. I love the way it was set out as a circuit so that each dog had a different task/challenge to do - there was no hanging around which yo..." Read more

"We recently placed our 4 month old staffy pup in for training. She was there for 3 weeks with kahla who taught her basic skills such as recall, good manners (sit, go to bed, stay/wait) and excellent social skills. All of this was used with a clicker which helps continue her pregression and training afterwards as she is clicker trained and understands what it..." Read more

"Just picked our two up from there. They were happy, newly bathed and the change in their behaviour was remarkable. Sootie is now playing with other dogs instead of reacting to them and the pair of them walked past and stood by loose dogs without reacting. This was something I'd never thought I'd see. Really, really pleased. Thank you Kahla for all your hard..." Read more

"Attended a German Shepherd workshop at Surrey with Mika my 4 year old female GSD. The trainer Ross was very informative, welcoming and patient and quick to answer any questions. We worked on focus, heelwork, recall and passing/meeting the other dogs. Mika can be slightly reactive when meeting other dogs in a lead but Ross showed me ways of preventing this ha..." Read more

"Bella our 6 year old GSD x Akita was anxious when walking and very nervous of other dogs. Rhona got her more relaxed and responsive as she would never take a treat when out. It took a week but she resolved it and got Bella responding. Daily updates of her mixing with other dogs were lovely to see. Walking her today we bumped into three labs without so much a..." "Thank you Aleks at Merthyr Royvon. I started Hugo with a short boarding stay to see how he got on (he'd never been away) and was so impressed that I booked him in on a BMP for anxiousness and fear aggression. Aleks was able to sum Hugo up in one message to me and understood all his amazingness and his little quirks. Her care and attention gave me so much..." Read more

"I would just like to thank Aleksandra Borawska for her patients and perseverance with my dog Axle. I know it wasn't easy for you and as you've pointed out to us, Axle has a lot of underlying issues, but you've done a great job and laid some great foundations for what I'm hoping to be a successful journey. It was great to see the bond you created with Axle i..." Read more
