"On Aug 26th 2022. The lady and tall guy Absolutely made these SCRATCHES on my WINDOW while cutting the 5% sun visor tint. I paid $70 and they didnt mention how they made the scratches because i didnt look until i drove off the lot."

"I’ve been goin to Rulis for the last 6 years. If it’s not me then I refer my friend to him all the time. Prices are ridiculously cheap, but the QUALITY and attention to detail is phenomenal. You cannot think of window tinting without Rulis Window Tint!"
