"I've brought them 4 cars since I've moved to AZ, and every time the quality is great and they don't take long. Lived here for 5yrs and the tint on all my cars haven't bubbled. Other places won't give you the quality of installation that Rulis does. Highly recommend."

"Best tint in Phoenix, Az. I have been going to there shop for years now. They have the best prices and the best costumer service, Everyone is so friendly. I have 7 years with my tint and it has not lifted at all. Although they are super busy it it totally worth the wait, 100 times recommend."
