"The current migration and re-validation process has been absolutely shocking. Really badly managed and incorrect and unclear information provided. The effort on the customer to migrate has also been completely misunderstood. Product has been pretty good since we started using it about 7 months ago but could do with some integration gaps to be plugged. "

"Spendesk used to work ok. However, out of the blue they had account changes which lead to a complete chaos! Massive administrative effort was required, terrible information policy and eventually all accounts changed and require manual re-calibration. It is like changing to an entirely new provider with a new product- "
