"La procédure KYC de Spendesk est un enfer et tous les 6 mois, ça recommence. Le process tourne en boucle et Spendesk ne donne aucun numéro pour parler avec de vrais gens. Les rares salariés qui répondent font ce qu’ils peuvent mais la machine tourne sur elle-même."

"Spendesk used to work ok. However, out of the blue they had account changes which lead to a complete chaos! Massive administrative effort was required, terrible information policy and eventually all accounts changed and require manual re-calibration.
