"I got these to hold my hair back when I washed my face. They are a bad idea for this use. They are very slick and smooth and as soon as I bend over the sink they pop off my head. They will not stay on unless they cover my forehead, which is not so useful when you're washing your face! Perhaps runners find them more useful. I would not buy them again."

"I really love this workout product. I shave my head bald so I sweat a great deal from my head. The Temple Tape doesn't soak through my one hour high intensity workouts at OTF. "I bought this rope to work on my double unders at Crossfit. It is good quality and a breeze to shorten to my desired length. I cut mine with a pair really durable scissors, but a Wire Cutter probably would have made it a lot easier to cut since the inside of the rubber coating is made from steel Cable."

"Guard rips fast.. "metal" cord rips even faster. It fraud and stabs you and sticks into your clothes. It ripped my good gym shorts. It stings my legs. This rope is nearly impossible to get a good flow.. I had maybe 10 jumps and it hits my shoes. Very low quality. This is not a jump rope by definition. It's just a dangerous metal string."

"I've used other jump ropes before but have never had a very slim one like this. Works great - love that it has an extra rope and extra parts. The carrying case is very handy as well.
