"Going to be honest the whole experience was not amazing however in this time being under staffed is in most places, a huge shout out to Kerese who on both occasions I’ve been recently is working extremely off her feet. Both times we used the karaoke booth she was kind and gave us the time to set it up even though she was very busy."

"We went to the Tenpin in Feltham today. We had a few issues with the bowling lane but a lady called Sandy who was on the front of house desk was really helpful in rectifying these issues with us. Sandy is very professional and a great asset to Feltham bowl."
