"It is a good place, but understaffed. Had to wait at the reception area for around 10 minutes, because the person was busy at the restaurant.also many occasions when we went to the arcade, some of the machines were broken and there was no sign on it to tell us. So we lost money there"

"Brilliant family atmosphere, great recent refurbishment. Well priced for the quality of service and the lights, music and friendly staff help only make the atmosphere better. Definitely the best bowling alley around Worcester and nearby cities. Would recommend."
