"It was a complete nightmare on saturday around 2pm unfortunately the online booking system had over booked the lanes. There were alot of angry queuing people and was a 40 minute wait to just to get to the desk to either get to bowl or request a refund. However the staff were trying there best and were polite even though customers were swearing and irate."

"Was quite nice to do something normal again, polite staff, each lane has separating glass and also balls are sticker marked so you don't have to share balls with the other lane. Able to just walk in and play now without pre booking."
