"Friendly helpful staff, just not enough of them, the toilets are run down, hand dryers don't work, the amusements breakdown quite a bit, I feel sorry for the staff it is not there fault, I does have the feel of a place being run down by the owner. But my kids have fun there, and that's what it's all about"

"Julianna was a fantastic party host for our son's 13th birthday today. Easy to book. Able to order food when we arrived. Balloons, sorted candles for the cake, complimentary tea and coffee for my husband and I. Nothing was any bother"
