"Outstanding customer service. Stress-free shopping. What a breath of fresh air compared to stores that I dealt with in the Northeast where hardline policies are simply quoted back to you. The Acoustic Shoppe just says: "take your time to be sure that it's the guitar for you." Unhurried help and consultation every step of the way. I won't shop anywhere else."
