"The technician was timely and courteous. The cost for him to tell me why our Samsung microwave died after only being 1 month out of a year warranty was half of what some repair companies would have charged. Unfortunately, he said the relay board needed replaced which would cost twice what we paid for the microwave so we had to buy a new one."

"Service was prompt. Our particular repair had several different options and the serviceman did an excellent job of explaining those clearly to us. The repair was done correctly and the technician cleaned everything up after he was done. Good work and friendly service.
