Why would i give my name
"I bought a ticket via ticket tailor - and received a confirmation email - the confirmation email had a contact email on it which i tried to use - as I neaded to discuss the booking. The email address was invalid, so I used ticket tailors online chat system to get assistance - after a four hour wait I've given up."
